Organisations are the basic way to organise your characters. Characters from other players may join your organisations, which can be useful if you have allies that you trust. Characters can be members of as many organisations as they would like to. In general it is useful to have at least one organisation per settlement but you are free to arrange them as you see fit.

If the last admin of a group dies, other members will be able to assign themselves as an admin.
